Parks Maintenance was established in 1952 and has been successfully growing for nearly fifty years. At that time, our primary employer was Cunningham Drug Stores and our main focus was building maintenance and plumbing.

Having nearly 25 years of business experience, it was in 1976 when we approached several manufacturers, including American Metal Ware, Bunnomatic, Cornelius and Cecilware, to obtain distributorship for their commercial restaurant equipment.

We are now a 3rd generation company and have expanded our business to sales and service of all types of commercial restaurant equipment. With a specialty in beverage equipment, we currently service thousands of companies throughout Michigan and are an authorized warranty, service and parts distributor for over 30 major manufacturers.

We as a company continually maintain a positive attitude for our business as well as our customers. Our success as Michigan's largest restaurant equipment maintenance company can be attributed to the high set of standards we adhere to. Though our focus has shifted over the years, our high quality of service has remained consistent and will take us well into the future.
